Since birth he's had a destined path as a creator. In 2016 after spending much time journaling his path through drawings he upgraded his vehicle for expression by swapping out the pencils for brushes. His goal is to provoke thought and conversation that transforms the way that the viewer truly sees the world and their place in society.

Barrington Brissett is a NY native artist and published writer of Jamaican descent. Through his work Barrington wants black people to feel seen and valued, often referring to his art as a love letter to his culture. Barrington paints the black experience with depth and purpose, honoring history, preserving pain, and celebrating our truths.

Nykie Gibbs is a Brooklyn-based artist and native of Nashville whose work explores resilience, transformation, and the emotional landscapes of identity. A self-taught acrylic painter with a background in Theatre and Dance, she weaves elements of portraiture, abstraction, and symbolism into her compositions, using bold colors, intricate patterns, and fluid techniques to create emotionally resonant pieces.

Mayowa Nwadike is a self-taught multi-disciplinary Nigerian artist and primarily a mixed media painter, utilizing acrylic and charcoal to create his sizable works. Focusing predominantly on realism with elements of abstraction, his works are descriptive, not narrative, driven by African stories and symbolism. His work delves into the complexities of toxic masculinity and highlights the challenges immigrants face.

Is a Black LGBTQ artist, activist and entrepreneur. Through her art, Shanequa not only reflects the essence of contemporary times but also embraces it as a medium for personal storytelling, enabling her to reclaim her narrative on her own terms. Based in NYC, she channels her energies into her paintings, which often incorporate bold colors and text with social justice themes and imagery.

Youveline Joseph is a visual artist, born in Haiti but raised in Brockton, Massachusetts. While on her journey of self acceptance, she began to develop her Afrocentric painting style. Her inspiration comes from beauty, culture, social media, fashion, adversity, and societal issues. Her body of work focuses on representation and her goal is to showcase the beauty and diversity within the African Diaspora.

With more than 20 years of experience, Demarcus McGaughey is a skilled creative director, graphic designer and artist. His design expertise ranges from print design to corporate identity to interactive media development and beyond. Michael is born and raised in Dorchester, a blue collar culturally diverse neighborhood in Boston. Michael likens painting too writing visual poems, drawing inspiration from the city and community he lives in, the people he interacts with, fights with, falls in love with, and the music he listens too.
